Our vendors may have shipping policies which differ from ours.
Special policies apply to Alcohol and Perishable shipments.

Damaged Shipments

All orders are carefully packed for the safest delivery; however, if you should experience any damage due to shipping, please contact your local UPS, agent for inspection or call our customer service department for further instructions.

Shipping and Delivery Estimates

We make every effort to accurately estimate when items will be shipped from our stock and our vendors' stock. Our estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including the shipping address, whether the items are stocked locally or in a satellite location, and the demand being experienced by our shipping department. Around major holidays, you can expect a slightly longer processing time.

Our estimated shipping dates are always a range of dates. It is entirely possible for an item that has not shipped by the beginning of the date range to still arrive within our stated delivery estimate.

We calculate delivery estimates by taking our estimated shipping dates and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address.

Sometimes we will update our delivery estimates based on the most recent information we have. When this happens, we show you both the original and updated delivery estimates in Your Account.

One-Day or Two-Day Shipping:

Because not all of the items listed on our site are available immediately, selecting one of these options does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in one or two days. A lot of our items are dropped shipped by the vendor directly. Please be aware that there is no weekend pickup or delivery for One-Day or Two-Day Shipping. Also, when you select One-Day or Two-Day Shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.

Special Considerations

Back ordered items will be shipped separately when available, at no extra cost, via UPS or USPS Priority Mail.
Custom-crafted items will be shipped UPS  regardless of whichever shipping method is selected for the balance of the order.

Large items will be shipped via an appropriate freight service, depending on size and weight. Additional charges may be necessary for special crating, etc.

Shipping cost is based on the total weight of the items you order, or may be based on order total or other for certain vendors. All shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart.

Return Policy

Products are warranted solely by the manufacturer. The complete warranty is included with the product and is subject to the conditions set forth by the manufacturer. Lowcountry Jewelers offers an exclusive 30-day exchange/refund policy on mail order and web purchases, and a 14 day exchange/refund policy on retail store purchases. Please note: defective computer software and opened pre-recorded DVDs and CDs may be exchanged for same title only. For health reasons, in-ear headphones and some personal care items that have been opened may only be exchanged if defective and for the same item. All retail store purchases require your Lowcountry Jewelers itemized receipt for return or exchange.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days, subject to a Return Authorization from Lowcountry Jewelers (see exceptions above). Keep your purchase, accessories and all packing materials in new condition to avoid any restocking fees. Web and mail order purchases require an RA (Return Authorization) number. For an RA (Return Authorization) number, call Customer Service at (800) 426-6027. Please note that an RA # does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. All exchanged/ returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer's carton. In some cases, we may charge you for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such items.

  • All returns must be packed in an outer shipping carton with valid RA # written on the outside of the shipping carton.
  • A copy of your original invoice must be included in your return package.
  • Please note: our Returns Receiving Department will refuse any package that does not have a valid RA#. There are no exceptions.
  • Please ship your parcel back to us Freight Prepaid. We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service "Insured". Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.


We do not reimburse or refund shipping charges if a third-party shipper is used, such as Mail Boxes Etc., Postal Annex, etc. Note: A signed proof of delivery will be required on all lost package claims. The above guidelines apply to all internet and mail order purchases.
